By using typo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These terms are a legal agreement between you and typo.

the service

typo transforms AI-generated text to sound more natural and human. You paste text in, we return a humanized version. The output is provided as-is, and while we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee specific results for every input.

payments and refunds

Credits and unlocks are purchased through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credits or unlocks, as the service is delivered immediately upon purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your transformation, contact us and we will make it right, either by re-delivering the transformation or issuing a credit to your account.

pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes.

acceptable use

You agree not to use typo to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Automate submissions through scripts, bots, or other programmatic means without prior written permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms or prompts
• Resell the service or output in bulk without authorization
• Use the service for academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's policies

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.

intellectual property

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the transformed output. We claim no ownership over your content. We do not use your text to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

The typo name, brand, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

typo is a writing tool. We do not guarantee that transformed text will be undetectable by AI detection tools, as these tools are constantly evolving. The Service is intended to help your writing sound more natural, not to facilitate deception.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of transformed text.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
